Created as part of a new research project by Atlasproject, the Naias mirror embodies a novel synthesis of aesthetics, design, and storytelling.
A stream of aquamarine glass flows through a vein of thermo-fused crystal, evoking the flow of springs and the ancient myth of the Naiads, nymphs who protect flowing waters.
The mirror's depth, with its soft curves, the fluid transparency of the aquamarine glass, and the plasticity of the protruding crystal element—crafted from recycled materials—recall the pulsating energy of a living body.
The overall visual effect is sumptuous and vibrant.
